Steve brings over 12 years of customer relationship management experience to Pursuit Consulting Group. He has experience leading change and creating marketing enablement solutions across a variety of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, digital publishing and consumer goods.

Steve started his career as a solution architect consultant and certified project manager for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he led the build and development of a large credit card marketing system, several pharmaceutical campaign management environments as well as consumer goods e-commerce systems. As General Manager and Vice President of Client Services with Epsilon, Steve spearheaded business development, solution design, and quality delivery on several large accounts, while managing a team of over 100 strategic, analytic, technical, and operations staff. Prior to founding Pursuit Consulting Group, Steve served as the head of Marketing Enablement at OglivyOne, where he was responsible for ensuring that his clients reached their measurable marketing objectives.

Steve holds a BA from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from Boston University Graduate School of Management. He lives with his family in rural New Jersey, where he enjoys coaching the local soccer and baseball teams, hiking, fishing and biking with his family. [Back]
