Pursuit Consulting provides its clients with guidance, methodology and governance to dramatically improve the performance of their investments in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.  We apply an agile approach to making rapid improvements to the organization’s staff, processes and enabling technologies.

When our team enters into a new client initiative, the initial step is to baseline the current performance of the work stream. This may consist of operational effectiveness, sales and marketing return on investment, or customer satisfaction, for example.

As Pursuit’s methodology is implemented within the client environment we measure changes to the performance relative to the baseline and other proxy measures, such as industry standards.  This measurement enables Pursuit Consulting to continuously monitor the effectiveness of the client's initiatives and the improvement of the work stream.
