Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst
Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Job Description:

This individual will be working on site in a client facing role. They will interface with clients to gather requirements, plan projects, manage projects, and manage communications with service providers and the client stake holders.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Work closely with client stakeholders and vendors to gather and document requirements
  • Define new processes and analyze existing processes for weaknesses and recommend improvements
  • Oversee portions of projects on a daily basis with regard to schedule, budget, and quality
  • Contribute to and manage a communication plan that supports networking efforts between project team members to ensure that the project team is provided clear and correct information in a timely manner
  • Develop a project schedule and supporting plan and ensure adherence to the plan by all project participants
  • Manage project risks and issues
  • Mediate problems encountered by team members
  • Coordinate activities of sub-teams
  • Report project progress to management
  • Ensure adherence to sponsor’s standards, processes, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager (PMP a plus) and / or BSA
  • Associates or Bachelors degree
  • Thoroughly understands project management methodology (PMBOK, or similar)
  • Experience creating requirements documentation
  • Comfortable using MS Project 2003 or higher
  • Comfortable using Visio to interpret existing, and to diagram new, swim lane process flows
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness are essential
  • Healthcare project experience a plus

  • Scrupulous attention to detail
  • Expert project management and methodologies experience
  • Ability to create complex project plans with integrated project steps, many with multiple sub-plans
  • Working in an Agile Project Management capacity a plus
