ClearSky Alert

Health Care Providers no longer have a lot of time to spare talking with Sales Professionals, and it is important for Sales Professionals to be equipped and ready for when customers show interest in products. Today, if customers want to learn about a product they can simply information or samples via web, phone, or fax. ClearSky Alert allows for Sales Professionals to be notified when a brochure, sample, or other collateral about a product is ordered. Sales Professionals can then choose what action is appropriate to take — such as a personal delivery of the order or fulfilling it by mail. The difference with Alert is that it provides a recommended course of action to the Sales Professional, yet it empowers them to choose what response to take based on the Health Care Providers’ interests or needs.
